I do have Realtek High Definition Audio in my Device Manager. When Windows 10 launched, VIA HD Audio wasnt avaible to download for Windows 10 at that moment so I downloaded Windows 7 version instead, everything worked as it should have, except the equalizer option. I tried everything you’ve outlined and still cannot get it running.
